PST83xx

This IC detects supply voltage and resets the system at power-on or momentary power loss in various CPU systems and other logic systems. It achieves ultra-high detection voltage accuracy of up to ±0.5% compared to ±1.5% of conventional products, making it more suitable for battery detection and other applications.
The delay resistance is increased to ±10% compared to +100/-50% of the conventional product. The SSON-4 package is used to reduce the mounting area to an ultra-small footprint.
