MinebeaMitsumi's linear regulators (LDOs) features products that take advantage of the strengths of both CMOS and bipolar processes : they support output currents from 100 mA to 1.5 A and offer additional functions such as soft start, reverse current protection and auto discharge, as well as output current detection, temperature sensor output and other special functions are available. MinebeaMitsumi MM3816 is a 200mA Low dropout regulator IC with rush current protection circuit. No load input current is 42µA typ. and it reduces drop voltage for high speed response. Rush current protection circuit can control rush current.
