DC-DC converter ICs are available in step-up, step-down, and inverting types. It supplies highly efficient and highly accurate output over a wide input voltage range. MM3631 is a reversing charge pump voltage converter IC. It converts a input voltage range of 1.8V to 3.3V into a negative voltage. MM3631 uses two external capacitors. The device is small packaged in a 6-pin SOT-26B (2.9 x 2.8 x 1.15 mm). The CE terminal is built in. Stand-by current is reduced to 1 μA or less.
