MinebeaMitsumi's linear regulators (LDOs) features products that take advantage of the strengths of both CMOS and bipolar processes : they support output currents from 100 mA to 1.5 A and offer additional functions such as soft start, reverse current protection and auto discharge, as well as output current detection, temperature sensor output and other special functions are available. MinebeaMitsumi MM3571 is a 300mA low dropout regulator IC with a prevention circuit of rush current. No load input current is 25μA typ, and it reduces transient drop in voltage with high speed response circuit. The rush current prevention circuit can control rush current at start up.
