MinebeaMitsumi's linear regulators (LDOs) features products that take advantage of the strengths of both CMOS and bipolar processes : they support output currents from 100 mA to 1.5 A and offer additional functions such as soft start, reverse current protection and auto discharge, as well as output current detection, temperature sensor output and other special functions are available. MinebeaMitsumi MM3534 is a low current consumption 150mA LDO. The IC can be better low current consumption and load transient by bias boost circuit. Therefore the IC is ideal for mobile applications.
