MM3513 is a series of high-voltage CMOS-based voltage monitor IC for cells balance control of rechargeable Li-ion/Li-polymer batteries.
It is able to control each cell balance in a Li-ion/Li-polymer battery.
Each of these ICs consists of a voltage detector, a reference voltage source, an oscillator, a counter circuit and logical circuits.
