MinebeaMitsumi's linear regulators (LDOs) features products that take advantage of the strengths of both CMOS and bipolar processes : they support output currents from 100 mA to 1.5 A and offer additional functions such as soft start, reverse current protection and auto discharge, as well as output current detection, temperature sensor output and other special functions are available. MinebeaMitsumi MM312x is a 250mA output low saturation regulator IC that achieves low current consumption (1μA typ.). 0.1μF ESR-free output capacity and SOT89-3A package make it highly versatile for use in cordless telephones and portable devices. Output precision is ±2%.
