MinebeaMitsumi's linear regulators (LDOs) features products that take advantage of the strengths of both CMOS and bipolar processes : they support output currents from 100 mA to 1.5 A and offer additional functions such as soft start, reverse current protection and auto discharge, as well as output current detection, temperature sensor output and other special functions are available. MinebeaMitsumi MM1937 is voltage-controlled adjustable output voltage 300mA LDO.The output voltage can be linearly changed by inputting a voltage at Vadj pin. When used as a power supply for the DC-Fan motor, adjustable output voltage can make it easy to control air flow and reducing noise without an external parts.
