MinebeaMitsumi's linear regulators (LDOs) features products that take advantage of the strengths of both CMOS and bipolar processes : they support output currents from 100 mA to 1.5 A and offer additional functions such as soft start, reverse current protection and auto discharge, as well as output current detection, temperature sensor output and other special functions are available. MinebeaMitsumi MM1920 is a 150mA LDO with ultra-low operating voltage. This IC achieves a 0.4 V output voltage from a single 1.2 V input supply using a unique low-voltage circuit and a bipolar process. The application can be used as a power supply for high speed interfaces. The small package and external 1uF capacitor contribute to save space PCB & reduce costs.
