MinebeaMitsumi's linear regulators (LDOs) features products that take advantage of the strengths of both CMOS and bipolar processes : they support output currents from 100 mA to 1.5 A and offer additional functions such as soft start, reverse current protection and auto discharge, as well as output current detection, temperature sensor output and other special functions are available. MinebeaMitsumi MM18998 is a low noise negative output 200mA LDO by bipolar process. The low noise makes it suitable as a power supply for high-sensitivity image sensors. The output voltage range is from -0.9V to -5.0V (0.1V steps )making it ideal as negative power supply for CMOS image sensors.
