MinebeaMitsumi's linear regulators (LDOs) features products that take advantage of the strengths of both CMOS and bipolar processes : they support output currents from 100 mA to 1.5 A and offer additional functions such as soft start, reverse current protection and auto discharge, as well as output current detection, temperature sensor output and other special functions are available. MinebeaMitsumi MM1886 is a 250mA/300mA low dropout regulator IC with ON/OFF control. The IC is used in standard home equipments, for a maximum operating voltage of 14V.
