MinebeaMitsumi's linear regulators (LDOs) features products that take advantage of the strengths of both CMOS and bipolar processes : they support output currents from 100 mA to 1.5 A and offer additional functions such as soft start, reverse current protection and auto discharge, as well as output current detection, temperature sensor output and other special functions are available. MinebeaMitsumi MM1849 is a 300 mA LDO with an output voltage of 9 V system. This IC can be used as a power supply for blue lasers requiring an output voltage of 8 V ∼ 10 V. The package is a small SOT-25.
